Execution model
REFRACT Delivery receives dispatch instructions from REFRACT Workflow or directly from the platform orchestration layer.
For batch scenarios, jobs are queued, prioritized, and dispatched in parallel with per-recipient tracking.
Secure access links are generated and routed to recipients with configurable expiry and permission controls.
Recipient interactions are logged in real time: access, view, download, and acknowledgment events.
Proof-of-delivery records are written to the append-only audit ledger alongside the originating document record.
