Execution model
REFRACT PDF renders and routes a document output to the target SharePoint library via REFRACT Lifecycle.
REFRACT Lifecycle writes lifecycle metadata (state, version, tenant, document type) to library columns.
As REFRACT Workflow progresses, lifecycle state is updated and search indexes are refreshed.
Post-signature and post-delivery records are linked back to the originating document for end-to-end traceability.
Retention policies govern archival timing, hold enforcement, and eventual disposition.
